This machine is mainly used in pharmacy industry to process tangled granules into uniform and qualified ones in accordance with technical requirements. Meanwhile, it is widely used in the industries of pharmacy, chemistry and food.

By moving the portal frame, the feeding inlet of the granulator can be linked with the feeding outlet of the fixed lifting transfer feeder, NTF series. During the operation, the inside granules pass trough the hopper of the transfer feeder into the chamber of the granulator. The granules are drained out of the chamber through a screen mesh after the crashing, squeezing and shearing of the granulating knife inside. The processed granules flow into the hopper trough the guide cylinder.

The chassis of this machine is equipped with trundles, easy to move. The height of this granulator can be lifted or descended according to the requirements of manufacturing techniques to meet the need of customers. It effectively avoids powder and cross contamination. It completely conforms with the GMP requirements of production.
